Run this AVCHD Editing software, click "Add Files" to add avchd videos you want to edit. You can find videos you loaded in the playlist.
Now let's see the powerful editing functions the AVCHD Editor provides.
1. Trim videos
Click "Trim" button to open the trim windows.
Drag the Start Time slider to set the start point of the clip, and drag the End Time slider to set the finish point of the clip. The final length of the clip can be found after “Trimmed Length”. Or you can just directly enter the time values in the Set Start Time field and the Set End Time field, and then click OK to apply the trim.
2. Crop videos by clicking "Crop" panel.
You can specify an area either by dragging the frame around the video. In the Zoom drop-down list above the crop pane, you can select an output aspect ratio from " Keep original", "Full screen", 16:9 and 4:3.
3. Adjust video effects
"Effect" button is to adjust effect. Drag each slider to set the video brightness, contrast and saturation volume of the video. Under the Effect drop-down list there are four available special effects: Gray, Emboss, Negative and Old Film.
4. Preview and Snapshot
When you open the program and you can see a preview screen in the left pane. Click "Snapshot" button in red circle to capture image of the video you like.
5. Merge video files
You can add multiple avchd videos in the playlist and merge them into one file. What you need to do is to check "Merge into one file" option before conversion.
